your choice and are inclusive of Rates and Insurance (pro rata for the current season).

touring caravan, we will always take it in part exchange and offer you the best possible price.
- 12 month warranty on all used caravans. Full written details available on request.
- No caravan age limit on site – unlike many other operators, as a Butlins holiday home owner you can enjoy your caravan holiday home for as long as you like.
Provided your caravan is kept up to standard, you pay your annual site fees and follow the Caravan Village rules, once the agreement period has expired you may enter into a fresh agreement to site the caravan on the Caravan Village for a further term.
All of our used caravan prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate and include (unless
otherwise stated): Caravan Siting and Connections to your chosen pitch, Local Authority
Rates and Water company charges, annual piped Gas charge, annual availability charge for Electricity,
(all charged pro rata for the current season), Insurance until the following April, Manufacturers and/or
12 month Warranty, Fridge, TV connection, Steps and Handrails, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Alarm, Carbon
Monoxide Detector, Outside light (optional), Ramtech Alarm system (optional).
