Caravan Grading
Our caravans are no older than 5 years old and we have 3 grades to choose from, each sleeping up to eight people – GOLD PLUS, GOLD and SILVER*.
All of our caravans are set out with plenty of space to allow you to relax outside on those warm summer days.
Gold Plus
An ideal choice if you are looking for the more luxurious option as all the comforts of home are provided including bed linen and towels.

*Please note: Heating in Gold and Silver accommodation is only guaranteed in the lounge area. During the cooler winter months extra bedding may be advisable.

Useful Information
Deposits: £50 per caravan secures your break (NB Full balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday start date). Please note that deposits are non refundable.
Linen: Available to hire £30 per pack to include towels & linen. Plus a £10 refundable deposit.
Dogs: We have a limited number of caravans that allow dogs, chargeable at £30 per week or £20 per short break per dog. Please ask a holiday advisor on availability when confirming your booking. Please note: Dogs are restricted to the caravan owners section of the Resort. Please check in advance for details of which breeds are not permitted.
Availability
All of the Butlins offers are subject to accommodation availability. Due to the ever increasing popularity of Butlins breaks, accommodation can run out from time to time.
In this instance we will be happy to assist in finding an alternative holiday.
